After a lovely day at Butlins I got back to my car with two tired kids to find my car would not even attempt to start. I was so surprised that within 35 minutes Mat was there. He was great, really quick and didn't make me feel any more stupid than I already did when he told me that my hazard light has drained the battery.

The car not starting could have ruined a nice day, but actually your speed and manner saved it.

Broke down this evening on a bad bend, felt very uneasy about location. From point of contact was looked after exceptionally. The mechanic Mat put me at ease making sure both the vehicle and myself got home safely. Highly recommended fantastic service.

Yesterday we had a emergency call out as we had inadvertently locked the keys for the car in the boot. One of your service vehicles attend within the hour. The driver was Mick who did an excellent job extricating the keys from the boot. He was very diligent,careful and polite. He kept us informed with every step he performed. We appreciate the care he took to look after our Mercedes E 320. He worked tirelessly until he achieved the desired result,for which we are very grateful. The heat of the day was not very pleasant for his task but he was very amiable throughout.

Car broke down due to fuel leak and vehicle fault was identified within minutes and part repaired but would not start. After 15 minutes it would have been reasonable for the rep of Wakefield autos to have just recovered the vehicle home or to a garage but he didn't he continued to work on the car for approx 45 min or more in pouring rain and freezing wind until eventually it started.
The operator was no21 MAT who is a real credit to your company for attitude, perseverance, and the desire to please the customer. Please pass on the comments to Mat

Whilst on a day trip to Mablethorpe I foolishly locked the car keys in the boot of my son in laws car.We were fortunate enough to be attended by one of your workers whose name I do not know,but I'm sure you will have records and be able to give him the praise he so richly deserves.We were parked opposite Seacroft motors on Seacroft Lane during the week from 1st - 5th June.He managed to retrieve the keys and was cheerful,efficient and hard working. Please give him my regards and from my Son in Law who thought he was brilliant also.
