After my car broke down whilst on a viewing at work, i called my break down cover, the Gentleman Matt arrived within half an hour on a busy Saturday (in school holidays) quickly diagnosed the problem and towed me back home. A week later my car had further issues, again Matt arrived very promtly and addressed the issue very quickly. Matt was very proffessional and polite and explained every thing to me so i understood what the problem was. My car is now ticking over fantastically and am very grateful. Thank you

Thank you for all concerned in the recovery of my wife's car following a cambelt failure. The personnel involved could not have been more friendly or professional and the care taken over the car was excellent.

After our holiday at Butlins Skegness , we were on our way home back to Colchester , Essex . We hadn't gone more than 2 miles from the camp when in heavy traffic my clutch burnt out . After ringing my breakdown hotline , a guy from your company soon arrived ( sorry forgot his name ) but i was pleased he was quick .,. The guy was good as he soon got back to his control and arranged a recovery truck .. After a phone call we had to wait just over an hour , but given that it was a friday we understood it might take a while . Another guy came and was really helpful and pleasant. After loading my car onto the truck , we were told that we would be returning to his depot in Boston to refuel and change drivers . Upon arriving at your depot we would like to thank your staff there for being curteous and understanding . Also a big thank you to the guy who took us from your depot back to Colchester. The guys who dealt with us are a credit to your company , many thanks to you all from the Davies family , Colchester , Essex .
