We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Trevor, who came and towed us all the way back to Malton, North Yorkshire, when our car broke down in Boston last Sunday morning.
We had been visiting friends in Boston Saturday night and got up to go on to family in Ingoldmells on the Sunday morning (Mothers Day) and the suspension spring snapped and fell off.
Trevor was brilliant-thanks again!

This guy (Matt) deserves a medal for the speed with which he came to our rescue and the resourcefulness with which he temp fixed the solution to our problem.

Tell him the makeshift repair to the pump lasted all the way up to Skipton then back down to Reading, through rain all the way, and it is still going strong.

Following a breakdown on the way to Skegness. We was forced to contact Green Flag for assistance. Wakefield Autos responded and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we was unable to fix the car at the roadside so Wakefield Autos took us back to the headquarters to arrange towing/transport home. The hospitality and customer service was excellent from our first point of contact to moment we arrived home. Thank you for your help and assistance.
