I would just like to send my appreciation to one of your operatives who was proffesional and very much appreciated who came to rescue me late on the 4th of may all I know is his name was Andy... He ensured my 5 & 16 year old son were in the warmth of his cab before recovering my LDV Convoy from Partney to Ingoldmells after I broke down. I`d rang my breakdown provider Direct line in a panic not knowing exactly where I was or what the exact problem was. He came was so calming & friendly. So thanks for having such great friendly staff A great big thanks to him again even though a little late sending this message I much appreciate the service I recieved and praise where praise where praise is due THANKYOU

On Sunday 26th February we were brought home to Somerset with our Range Rover from Woodhall Spa. we should like to express our thanks to you and Andy. Andy was good company and the six or so hours in the transporter did not seem that long.

I have just been recovered from near Louth home to Cambridge by one of your drivers. He did introduce himself, but I have forgotten his name and cannot read his signature, but his operator number is AN19.

What a nice bloke!! he could not have been more pleasant and helpful and a great credit to your firm.
