A huge thank you to your company for going the extra mile. Not only do you show empathy ( Julie) when my mum's car was stolen and your team collected it. But also for the additional support of finding a reputable person to change her locks within her home as the not so very kind people who took an 84 years only mode of transport then made the choice of keeping her house keys causing her even more distress in case they returned and entered her home yet again. Due to your team making the extra effort to find a local locks smith and him changing my mums locks within half an hour of a call. We can all sit back and sleep in our beds without jumping at every bump and sound. Your company functions at 110% plus in all areas and we as a family are truly grateful

"The service I received from Wakefield Autos today was fantastic, I can't praise the mechanic who came to help me enough. There was a problem with the barrel of my ignition which meant the car could not start in the usual way. The mechanic talked me through the problem in terms an idiot like me could understand (I am NOT mechanically minded!) and got the engine running for me. He showed me how to make sure I could drive my car home safely so I could avoid having it towed, and made sure I knew what to do to make it safe once home. He even made a point of following me as I drove out of Spalding to make sure the car was working ok. Thank you very much, you were brilliant."

Hi Julie,
I just wanted to say an enormous thank you for sorting out our recovery on Thursday 22nd Aug.
We got home and unloaded by midnight in the end but I don’t think we’d have got back if it wasn’t for you. Please pass on thanks as well to Jason who was brilliant. He went above and beyond - helping the other recovery guy to load up our motor home for the final leg of the journey.

We would just like to say thank you for the brilliant service we received on Friday 30th August. Unfortunately, we broke down on the last leg of our journey 76 miles from home but your support was fantastic. We had 2 drivers (one was called Paul but didn't catch the name of the other) who were both very friendly and polite and made our journey back to Norwich fly by. We also had to spend a little bit of time at your main office and again the staff were very friendly and welcoming whilst we were waiting. We were also fortunate enough to meet Ralph (the gorgeous dog) who was a massive hit with my boys and gave them something to chat about for the rest of the journey! A really great service provided from all we encountered at your company. Thank you.
