Last night (28th Nov) I had to be rescued after hitting my front wheel on Pilleys Lane bridge, I didn’t realise exactly what I had done until I got to Frith Bank!

The two men who came out to me ,the first one to assess the damage and the second man who got my husband me and the car home were really fantastic, they made sure we were both safe and warm and very patient, it was not the best of nights, wet and miserable.

Thank you so much for the quick response and help we received, they were great.

Mill Tyres have been today and sorted the wheel out. So everything is now back to normal.

I hit a pothole on Marsh Lane in my old Hyundai Elantra car this morning and it damaged my nearside front tyre and drive shaft. The AA sent for one of your breakdown trucks to rescue the vehicle and tow it to my regular garage.The very personable man I/c had a deuce of a job to get the car on board his truck, as the damaged tyre was twisting and turning all over the place. After an hour of very hard graft indeed, he managed to load it and run me out to Dickinson's Garage in Leverton. He did not leave straight away, but stayed to help set up the vehicle in the appropriate worksop for repair. I am so grateful to this chap for 'saving my life' and completing the job without any moaning or groaning. He is a real credit to your firm. THANK YOU!

Your patrol man was quick to arrive on the scene and he sorted the problem out very rapidly. He is a great ambassador for your company, well turned out, very pleasant and above all knew his stuff, it is great to know that there are still some good guys out there.
