To everyone at Wakefields, I would like to say a huge thank you for the excellent service we received last night. As I am 7 months pregnant I was not overly pleased when our car broke down near Tumby last night but the two gentleman that came out to help us were brilliant and made the whole process much more pleasant, in particular the gentleman that drove us to Peterborough was lovely and it felt like and old friend has come to help us out. Many thanks and keep up the good work!

I am emailing you to congratulate your service Wakefield Autos. On Friday 2nd March 2018 I had skidded on the ice/snow and my vehicle was in the dyke in Algarkirk. Your quick response breakdown was absolutely brilliant.

The gentleman Tom who came to my rescue was fantastic. Tom reassured me and put myself at ease with his calm and polite manner.

You should be very proud of employing this gentleman he is a credit to your service.

I cannot praise highly enough the service I received during my breakdown last night. In order to get home I needed the use of a flatbed transporter. The gentleman who came was very considerate and professional (unfortunately I didn't get his name) and delivered me and the car to Long Sutton in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Customers are quick to complain but praise where praise is due. Thank you.
