This is just a quick message to say thanks for a breakdown call out on the evening of 3/4/15 via the AA. I was broken down at Sibsey on the A16. Your operative was friendly, polite and jovial and was resourceful in identifying the fault. This turned out to be a poor alternator connection yielding a variety of peculiar electronic symptoms. The problem was quickly fixed and we were on our way promptly. Thanks.

Good Morning,
The delivery had one or two challenges, but the driver from Wakefield Autos was superb and most helpful. I have been to site again this morning and had a chat with one of the installers. Things are progressing very well and he told me that they will take all of the necessary photographs. If there is anything else that you need please let me know.

I discovered I'd managed to get my front offside tyre punctured somehow when I went to back my car out of the drive last night. Fortunately we had access to a second car so were able to keep on schedule for our journey to Skegness.

I called my breakdown company, Start Rescue, this morning to get them to send someone out to take a look at things. (OK, changing a flat would not have been a big deal for me but if there had been issues with fitting the spare at least there would be someone on hand to recover me to my local garage).

Start Rescue dispatched Matt from Wakefield Autos, who was with me within 40 minutes. Now that was a surprise! Not just the quick turnout but also the fact that I actually design & maintain this very website for Wakefield. In that capacity I have read several reviews of the excellent service provided by Matt & Wakefield and here I was on the receiving end of it. I can now vouch first hand how good it is: quick response, very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. First class all round and I'm proud to be associated with a company that delivers such excellent service.

I waited just 45 mins for your operative Steve to arrive who was polite, pleasant and a consummate professional.
